Coaching FAQs
What kinds of things can I work on with you?
Clients come to coaching for many reasons, including:
Feeling stuck in their career, relationships, or identity
Navigating a life transition or burnout
Rebuilding confidence after a hard season
Wanting to clarify their goals and actually follow through
Reconnecting to their voice, power, and purpose
If you know something needs to shift but aren’t sure how, coaching can help you figure that out and move forward with clarity and support.
Do I need to have a specific goal before I start?
It’s helpful if you have something you'd like to shift or work toward, but you don’t need a perfect plan. Part of our work together is getting clear on what you truly want and uncovering what’s standing in the way.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
Nope. Coaching isn’t therapy, and it’s not a substitute for mental health care. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go, offering tools, accountability, and insight to help you move forward. I often work with women who are also in therapy or who have “graduated” from it and are ready for action-based support.
What makes your coaching different?
I bring a grounded, honest approach that blends real-world experience (in leadership, communication, and business) with deep listening and intuitive insight. You don’t have to choose between “woo” and strategy—I meet you where you are, whether you want practical next steps, emotional unpacking, or energetic clearing.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you’re feeling the nudge, you're probably ready. Coaching doesn’t require you to have everything figured out. It requires you to be open, honest, and willing to show up for yourself.
