This website is owned and operated by Jillian Clarke dba Soul Strategy. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services. This website offers visitors access to individual and package-based services related to coaching, energy healing, Reiki, and guided wellness experiences.

By accessing or using this website and/or services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms.

Key Commercial Terms
By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree that:
You are responsible for reviewing the full service description before committing to purchase.
You enter a legally binding agreement upon completion of the payment and checkout process.

All prices are clearly listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. For multi-session packages, specific payment plans (if offered) will be outlined at the time of purchase.

Disclaimer 
Soul Strategy offers energy healing and coaching services that are meant to support personal development and well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional if you are experiencing a health crisis or need medical attention. Reiki and coaching are complementary practices—not cures or guarantees. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Soul Strategy has a strict Zero Tolerance policy for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination. We do not tolerate disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in cancellation of services without refund and/or removal from the Soul Strategy community.

Refund Policy
Soul Strategy services are non-refundable. All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of scheduling. Additional terms may be documented in the client agreement sent separately upon purchase.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 24 hours notice or may be subject to a fee.

Retention of Rights
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice. We may also limit or revoke access to services temporarily or permanently at our discretion.

Indemnification
You agree to hold Soul Strategy harmless from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or legal fees arising out of your use of the website or services.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Strategy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, personal harm, or data loss—resulting from your use of this site or services.

  • Continually evolving through education, reflection, and feedback

  • Staying within my scope and referring out when needed

As a client or participant, you agree to:

  • Come with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to grow

  • Communicate honestly, especially about needs, concerns, or discomfort

  • Respect boundaries—both yours and mine

  • Show up on time and with presence for scheduled sessions

  • Use respectful language and behavior in all communications

  • Take personal responsibility for your healing journey—this is a collaborative process
